I am a Civil Engineering leader specializing in the planning, design, and delivery of large-scale transport and infrastructure programs across the GCC, Middle East, and Africa. With over 18 years of experience, I have led multidisciplinary teams delivering highways, aviation infrastructure, drainage systems, and urban development projects under complex FIDIC frameworks. Currently serving as Head of Roads & Infrastructure, I oversee design governance, technical strategy, and project delivery across multiple concurrent programs. My expertise spans geometric road design, stormwater and flood risk management, and infrastructure master planning, supported by PhD research in hydrology and climate resilience. I bring a leadership approach focused on technical excellence, risk management, and collaborative stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with long-term infrastructure resilience goals.
