• Participate with the COO / Medical Staff and Senior Management in the development and implementation of strategic plans. • Establish and attain challenging / achievable patient care, safety and education and customer service goals while maintaining financial viability. • Ensure the attainment Oversee the deployment and adherence of standardized policies, systems & procedures at the facility. • Liaise with the legal, political and social, IR environment to ensure successful operations of all facilities within the Hospital. • Establish and maintain communication with the Clinical Directors and the other Medical staff to ensure accomplishment of mutual beneficial unit goals. • Act as an escalation point for all Operational Issues related to the facility and take suitable action by interfacing with the concerned stakeholders to obtain timely resolutions

•Ensuring management functioning and operations of the centre in profitable and professional manner to meet the business targets •Achieving operational excellence by cost efficient as per the set budget •Handling customer care, technicians, security, housekeeping, logistics, personnel & equipment •Maintaining cordial relations with all the Consultant doctors / Clinicians, Referral doctors in order to increase the business •Obtaining feedback on monthly basis and submitting to the Senior Management •Improving the satisfaction levels of the doctors by taking corrective actions •Establish and maintain a culture for open communication, accountability and timely decision making. •Develop a pipeline of best-in-class human capital by supporting hiring, retaining key personnel and invest in training and development of key personnel and succession planning. •Promote a high performance culture by institutionalizing innovative rewards and recognition programs

• Coordinated and administered the overall activities of the hospital • Prepared and implemented: o Pricing details related to various fees o Monthly Management Information System reports • Maintained in-house committees like management review meeting, infection control, drug & therapeutic committee • Rendered services towards customer care department, radiology, RMO, dietary and IT department • Coordinated with: o Finance department for preparing doctors payment o Consultants on a daily basis for better functioning of the unit
