Project Manager: ■ Be responsible for managing the project budget, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and client communications to deliver the project's objectives; ■ Prepare technical and financial proposals and presentations, develop the project scope including approach, methodology, working plan, staffing schedule, etc.; ■ Involve managing assigned projects throughout their full lifecycle, from developing the scope and technical sections of proposal and procurement documents to participating in tendering international packages, contract negotiations, and overseeing the delivery of the project working plan, i.e., delivery of quality work, on time, on budget and to the client’s satisfaction on every project; ■ Be responsible for detail calculation and potential benefits of signed and ongoing contracts; ■ Manage project teams for various scale projects or lead consultant teams to carry out assignments; ■ Liaise with clients, and stakeholders to deliver the outputs as assigned; ■ Lead the consultant team or participate in the completion of all project deliveries/written reports, solving issues that arise, and carrying out other tasks as assigned by Terms of Reference or firm's requirements.

This Project is a large scale survey project (World Bank funded), delivered by the Consortium of VSDI (VSDI is leading firm) under the direct supervision of SWECO DENMARK A/S. Together with Survey Team Leader to lead the survey team in delivering all assignments as signed with SWECO DENMARK A/S under the Project " . The survey tasks under this project are to survey: i) Survey 837 km of sewerage systems and 15,300 manholes; ii) measuring 1,854 cross sections above and underwater of 927 km of the canals/rivers); (iii) Monitoring water level and water follow at 20 hydrological stations during 7 consecutive days, 24 times/24 hours; (iv) Sampling 1,512 water quality samples and analysis of 7 key parameters including pH, COD, BOD5, N-NH4+, TSS, Total Coliform; Processing all survey data outputs and integrating into ArcGIS software which is used for building hydraulic modelling of entire HCMC (Mike Urban) to manage overall surface drainage and sewerage system in Ho Chi Minh until 2030, with a vision to 2050. All field surveys and survey reports have already submitted to UICI, accepted by Sweco Danmark A/S and approved by the Client (UICI)

Second Greater Mekong Subregion Tourism Infrastructure for Inclusive Growth Project - Environmental Compliance Audit (ECA) of Solid Waste Landfill in Vang Vieng Town, Laos PDR This project is funded by Asian Development Bank, delivered by VSDI under direct supervision of Ramboll Denmark A/S. Leading the consultant team to preparing the technical-financial proposal for tending the mentioned project; Participating in the identification, preparation, and negotiations of the contract for the the above-mentioned project; Managing and supervising the consultant team, including day-to-day monitoring and follow-up, field management and supervision, monitor work programs and project progress; Preparing detailed working plan and staffing schedule for all team to deliver the assignment; Closely liaising with Ramboll’s international team and local agencies to carry out the project; Conducting desk study prior the field visit to collect and evaluate data including air, soil, surface water, groundwater, leachate, solid waste quality and composition; Conducting field study to sample air, soil, surface water, groundwater, leachate, solid waste quality and composition for analysis; Supervising and evaluating the analysed results of air, soil, surface water, groundwater, leachate, solid waste quality and composition from Laboratory; Conducting the hydrogeological Engineers/Workers to drill three deep wells in Vangvieng; Joining the ECA’s Team Leader and social expert to interview different local agencies regarding water resources, social information, environmental issues, solid waste quantity and quality and so on; Processing and analyzing data both surface (run off) and groundwater to evaluate potential impacts of the landfill to the water environemt; Reviewing Laos legal basis and ADB policies for carrying out the ECA; Preparing the drafting water reports and finalizing the reports; and Overall ensuring quality of the reports to the Client

Worked as the Internal Project Manager to manage the national team in coopertating with the interantional experts of Ramboll to successfully deliver the Project "Pre-feasibility for Southern Laos Vietnam Electricity Corridor, funded by IFC funded. The IFC with the Ministry of Energy and Mines (MEM) and Electricite du Laos (EDL) are assessing the potential for the development of power transmission lines using PPP models in Lao PDR with a specific focus on developing a high voltage corridor between southern Laos and central Vietnam

Worked as the International Groundwater Expert (Water Specialist) for the Myanmar Regional Town Water Supply Project. The objective of the project is to improve access to basic social infrastructure in regional areas through rehabilitation, construction and installation of roads, bridges, electricity and water supply facilities nationwide, thereby contributing to poverty reduction and socio-economic development of Myanmar

Leading the consultant team to carry out all activities/assignments of Project “Vietnam Managing Natural Hazards Project/Implementing Monitoring & Evaluation System, # C5-4” Package”. This is a World Bank funded project with a Total Project Amount of US$ 167.60 million, delivered by Consortium of Total Synergy Consulting Private Limited, India and Vietnam Sustainable Development Inc.

I am working as the National Expert on the project: Technical Assistance to Monitoring the Implementation and Verification of Ba Don Drainage and Sanitation Project, Vietnam. The following tasks are fully performed: 1) Close monitoring of project implementation in accordance with the commercial contract and Danida requirements completed; 2)Assistance in resolving any problems/issues arising during the project implementation; 3)Verification upon taking-over and at the end of the Defects Notification Period completed; 4)Verification of output indicators completed; 5)Project Completion Report Finalized.

Carrying out as the Project Leader/Hydrogeological Expert for the ECA Environmental Compliance Audit of Solid Waste Management Facility/ GMS – East-West Economic Corridor Towns Development Project, ADB funded Project, Savannakhet/Laos.

GMS – East-West Economic Corridor Towns Development Project/Environmental Compliance Audit of Savannakhet Solid Waste Facility Package, funded by ADB, delivered by VSDI under direct supervision of Grontmij A/S (now is Sweco Denmark A/S), Savannakhet/Lao DPR. My tasks are included, but not limited as follows: 1) Prepare technical and financial proposal for tending the mentioned package, contract negotiation and signing the contract; 2) Conduct Environmental Compliance Audit of the existing solid waste management facility to determine compliance with ADB SPS and Lao PDR law and regulations as well as potential risks and impacts for the planned Solid Waste subproject; 3) Plan and implement hydrogeological study, including study of available information, planning and implementation of boreholes and analysis of samples; 4) Conduct leachate sampling analysis and monitoring and toxicity tests; 5) Propose appropriate leachate management and monitoring measures; 6) Where the ECA finds that the facility is not in compliance, identify and plan appropriate measures to address outstanding compliance issues and propose a corrective action plan to bring the facility in compliance including budget and timeframe; 7) Propose recommendations to the planned solid waste components under the current project; 8) Draft and finalize all reports as signed and commented by ADB and Sweco Denmark A/S's internaitonal team

Second Ho Chi Minh City Environmental Sanitation Project/Preparation of Reference Design, Bidding documents for the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in HCM city.. This project is funded by World Bank with the TOTAL PROJECT AMOUNT OF 495 mil. USD. Preparation of Reference Design, Bidding documents for the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in HCM city (one of the biggest project on waste water treatment plant with capacity of 480,000 m3/d (2020) and up to 800,000 m3/day (2045) in Vietnam). Main project features: Improving the Sanitation Environment of HCM city by constructing new big waste water treatment plant (Nhieu Loc – Thi Nghe Canal, Thanh My Loi Waste Water Treatment Plant). Work closely with Team leader and consulting team to perform the following tasks: TASK A- REVIEW OF FEASIBILITY STUDY AND SITE CONDITIONS: Subtask A.1 – Project indicators; Subtask A.2 – Review of Feasibility study and site conditions; TASK B – FIELD INVESTIGATIONS: Subtask B.1 – Topographical surveys, Subtask B.2 – Geotechnical investigations, Subtask B.3 – Prepare GIS database; TASK C: REFERENCE DESIGN AND COST ESTIMATES: Subtask C.1 – Reference Design, cost estimate and local approvals, Subtask C.2 – Summary tasks and comparison with the Feasibility Study; TASK D – PREQUALIFICATION (PQ): Subtask D.1 – Prequalification documents, Subtask D.2 – Support the Client with the Prequalification process; TASK E – BIDDING: Subtask E.1 – Bidding Documents, Subtask E.2 – Bidding process given by the client as to the execution of the aforementioned services
