Responsible from all quality and research and development studies of small house appliances such as irons, toast grills, steam cleaners and tea and coffe makers as mechanical engineer: • Leading all improvement and development process for quality department. • Conducting research and experimental studies in order to solve thermostat and thermal fuse problems. • Leading detailed soleplate project for irons in order to obtain optimum design and specifications by investigating benchmark and current products. • Following up certification process of all products in terms LVD, EMC and ERP. • Before launching new products leading all tests for performance and safety. • Keeping in touch with clients and repyling questions and expectations according to technical datas. • Technical management for checking alternative suppliers for especially critical components. • Leading quality and safety problems with attending other disciplines such as production, research and development, product planning, purchasing. • Improving electronic card quality by considering clients’ expectations and solving current problems by observing problem one by one of all products. • Leading 2 Chinese visits alone for 20 days in order to solve critical quality problems directly and finding new suppliers by inspection and technical audits. • Visiting to suppliers and applying technical audits for electronic cards regarding steam irons; thermostats and thermal fuses for steam irons and toast grills; heating elements for especially tea makers, samovars, coffee makers and steam cleaners; soleplates for steam irons in China.

Responsible from new exhaust aftertreatment system development projects for heavy duty vehicles leading from Ford Otosan as a Design and Release Engineer: • Leading all design and development process for new exhaust aftertreatment system by working with program module, attribute team and local/global component suppliers. • Developing, coordinating and monitoring of new exhaust system production in terms of all aspects including selection of supplier, fabrication, industrialization and operation. • Ensuring requirements for emission regulation, product functionality, quality and engineering targets defined by program and supporting prototype gateways on time scheduled by GPDS from concept phase to serial production.

Responsible from research projects on mostly energy efficiency and improving energy consumption for electrically heated built-in oven as an research and development engineer. • A literature and patent survey for determining the studies related to improving the energy performance of electrically ovens. • Conducting research and experimental studies of improving energy consumption for electronically controlled built-in oven. • Evaluating statistically of experimental parameters examined to have an effect on energy consumption scattering. • Simulation studies for energy consumption comparing experimental results.

PhD Qalifying Examination was accomplished on 20th November 2015. Thesis proposal was accepted on 27th April 2016. First thesis progress was managed succesfully on 29th December 2016. Thesis has been going on successfully with presentation 2 times for each year. Last presentation was successfully on 27th December 2019

One of the most important factors that determine the performance of the heated volume is its energy consumption. The aim of this thesis is to investigate the causes responsible for energy consumption scattering and expose the measures for reduction of scattering.
