I am Dr. Muhammed Refeque, a dedicated leadership coach, educator, and organizational strategist with a profound commitment to excellence in education, leadership development, and organizational growth. With a Ph.D. in Economics of Education, I currently lead as the CEO of Straightpath International School and the Executive Director of Skillage. My career is built upon a foundation of passion for teaching, research, and helping individuals and organizations achieve their full potential. Professional Journey My diverse career spans roles such as CEO of Kaisan Edu Ventures LLP, Academic Dean at Nilgiri College of Arts and Science, and Academic Director at Inspora International Institute, Bangalore. Notably, my international experience includes a significant tenure as a faculty member in Business Studies and Human Resource Management at Middle East College, Oman. There, I also contributed as a Policy Officer, crafting and overseeing the implementation of key academic, administrative, and HR policies, furthering institutional quality and excellence.
