My present job responsibility is to take care of all the activity in hybridoma lab, production and characterization of monoclonal antibody and developing of diagnostics kit using the monoclonal antibody. I am working on development of monoclonal antibody which includes immunization, bleeding, sera testing and fusion of spleenocytes with SP2/O cells and screening of hybrids. Currently I am working on different projects include malaria, salmonella, streptolysin and Tuberculosis. I am also working on development of an ELISA kit for quantification of human and mouse IgM.
