A dedicated educator with over 14 years of experience, I am passionate about shaping the minds of future leaders in management through innovative curriculum design and hands-on training. With a Ph.D. in Human Resources and an MBA with dual specializations in Finance and HR, I bring a unique blend of expertise to both academic and professional settings. My career includes leading a management department, where I successfully directed all aspects of admissions, curriculum development, examination processes, and results evaluation. An accomplished researcher, I have published around 13 papers in Scopus-indexed journals and 2 in Web of Science journals. Additionally, I have contributed as an organizing member for two international conferences and hold a patent in the HR domain. A contributor to NSS, UBA and Environment & sustainability committee.
