* Handling of a team of 2 persons which responsible for TPA/Insurance & Corporate Sales. * Handling a business of different Corporate (NCR) and TPA/Insurance. * Analysis of sales & revenue for TPA & Corporate to set target for growth of organization & preparing plan & budget to achieve targets & timely review of planning & execution to achieve them. * Business Development of Health Checkups, Medical Room implant Services, Ambulance Services & Emergency Services. * Tariff negotiation & renewal of TPA/ insurance to maximize the revenue, partner with TPA to organize activities in different corporate to strengthen relations with TPA. * Planning & Organizing Get together, Workshops and managing events like CME’s, KYD’s, meeting Deadlines, taking Initiative to collaborate with different health care facilitator to add & increase revenue.

* Assistant Manager – TPA & Corporate Sales & Marketing * Unit level independent Handling business development on IC profile for TPA & Corporate Sales. * TPA & Corporate Sales (IPD) including new tie ups and enhancing relations with existing clients and achieved a goal of 4.5 Cr/month sales . * Partner with TPA to organize activities in different corporate to strengthen relations with TPA. Planning & Organizing Health Talk Sessions & Health Checkup Camp activities for Corporate. * Monitoring of Sales, client by client & proper allocation of time & affords to optimize the sales output. * Preparing Quotations, Customizing according to requirements of clients need eg. Health check-ups, Medical Room implant Services, Ambulance Services & Emergency Services.

* Assistant Manager –Corporate Sales & Marketing * Individual Contributor & one point of contact for Corporates. * Preparing Quotations, Customizing Health Check-ups according to requirements of clients need eg. Health Checkups, Medical Room Services, Ambulance Services & Emergency Services * Corporate Sales including new tie ups and enhancing relations with existing clients * Planning & Organizing Health Talk Sessions & Health Check-up Camp activities for Corporate. * Planning & Organizing Get together & Workshops on Different Health Issues for HR Persons & Welfare Officers. Corporate Marketing including new tie ups and generate sales from existing clients.
