With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I currently serve as Executive Director at Sirmaxo Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., where I lead initiatives that strengthen manufacturing excellence, drive new business development, and expand global partnerships. Through strategic planning, innovative marketing, and technology-driven solutions, our team has accelerated Sirmaxo’s growth and market presence. I am deeply committed to continuous learning and professional growth, holding certifications in leadership communication and building resilience. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and ISB Hyderabad, I combine expertise in information technology with a strong scientific foundation, holding a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Bombay College of Pharmacy. Adding to this academic journey, I earned a Doctorate in Business Administration, which further supports my ability to bridge science, strategy, and leadership in a dynamic and evolving industry.
