• Manage and administrate at JG College of Physiotherapy. • Conduct clinical supervision of staff and students going hospital and OPD. • Determine the number of positions, scope and responsibility of each faculty & staff. • Conduct staff - faculty recruitment. • Provide necessary training and guidance to the faculties, staff. • Direct the arrangements of clinical and practical learning. • Organize educational visits and trips . • Give suggestions for development and modification necessary • Prepare and pursue approval for the upcoming academic year’s budget. • Organize career development programs for the college students and advise them on various employment related matters. • Provide active support in training and placement and direct various extracurricular activities. • Organise guest lectures, workshops periodic seminars along with various faculty development and orientation programs
