Incident analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for occurred incident and there by developing a Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Preparing protocols and ensuring protocol implementation and monitoring compliance to the implemented protocol Staff training and education on Quality implications in health care, documentation and accreditation. Preparing the HCO for accreditation (NABH)
