Responsabilities: - Workteam Leader to ensure the strategy to improve cross-functional processes in quality systems: VDA 6.1/ISO 9001/ISO 17025/ISO 27001/Software/Cybersecurity. - Workteam Leader to manage audit of Key Account Managers for Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4 suppliers. - Workteam Leader to audit projects between plants (PMO): Silao Engine Plant, VWM Plant, AUDI Plant, Chattanooga USA Plant, Plants in Germany. - Workteam Leader for project management software development life cycle - Workteam Leader to manage of Key Account Managers for Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4 suppliers. - Prevent/avoid VW production line stop, as well as a decrease in minimum safety stock. - Coordination on Quality, Production, Logistics, HR, Systems for 300 national and international suppliers. • Key Account Manager VWM y AUDI • IATF 16949 / VDA 6.1 consulting in all the plant processes. Major Achievements: - Workteam Leader focused on new Overseas crossfuntional Quality Audits deployment. - Improvement of saving costs among the areas at VW plant and Engine plant. -Creating a new way to get operational information from the supplier workstations in order to prevent any VW production issue. (Sensors in the workstations, which alerts for early quality, maintenance, production issues). -In Suppliers: Daily real VW production vs goal per shift /per hour information with a high impact to know the earlier supplier problems as well Software Cybersecuriity Audits. - Support to get VDA Certificate overcoming a challenge: The "organizational culture" reluctant to change.

Responsabilities: • Responsible for the strategy in the NAR region (United States, Mexico, Canada) that will steer the managers to achieve the core KPIs of plants operations, purchasing future components planning – inventory, Mobility services/products, IT projects, Electric vehicles, Quality, Procurement - Logistics, Production, internal price index and competitors as well as Customer Experience. • Achieving these KPI's by establishing positive business relationships, sharing global best practices, and providing advisory leadership to the 3 markets. • NAR Operative Results budget planning and install rate controlling • Optimizing the Return on Sales (retail). Main control levers will include turnover, cost planning at retail level (support/bonus programs). • Reviewing the market’s performance against operations (quality, logistics, production) and purchasing for future components KPI's business growth opportunities. • Advising in the adoption/maintenance of the Volkswagen Sales Core process and related process initiatives. • Achieving targeted KPI's through metric evaluations, management, business case development, presentation, best practices and coaching, and action plan development / execution / evaluation. • Monitoring (metric review and audit reviews) to ensure VW network adherence to VW warranty policies as well as insuring the market’s compliance of VW Operating Standards and requirements. • Executing the annual operations/purchasing business plans and annual budgets. • Executing project management of IT resources in order to modernize and transform CRM and Mobility services/products. • Managing budgets of $50M IT projects (Mobility issues) and Electric Vehicles.

- Position: Purchasing Buyer responsible for the purchases of various modules and equipment of the car, negotiation with suppliers ensuring the best conditions of price, term and delivery time, evaluation and development of suppliers. - Management of JIT, JIS, and stockpile parts supplier development (Puebla, Bajío, State of Mexico, Tamaulipas) for the following issues: Capacity analysis (15% flexibility in testing), OEE (Quality, Machine Availability, Productivity), IT (Transmission of M100-EDI production order data), Human Resources, Logistics, ensuring a minimum inventory level to avoid stoppages on the VW production line, and ensuring the maturity level of new parts. - Supplier development for new projects. Methodology used: VDA 6.3, VDA 5, and VDA Band_Reifegradabsicherung standards, implementation of VW policies. - IT PMO: Project management with productive and administrative areas of VWM in: Definition of project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Preparation of the Project Charter. Creation of the project plan. Definition of schedule and milestones. Budget and resource management. Risk management. Agile methodology, team management, scope change management. Coordination of software implementations. Supervision of system or cloud migrations. Management of system integrations. Ensuring compliance with information security (e.g., alignment with ISO/IEC 27001).
