Founded EMBA, ICDL, IELTS, DETAL, and CELTA centres at Madinat Zayed and Ruwais campuses. Led the Summer Challenge programme for the Western Region and established the Work Readiness Programme at both campuses.

Coordinated the Work Readiness Programme (WRP) at Al Wathba Correctional Facility, managing daily operations and multi-subject instruction (English, Mathematics, Arabic, ICDL). Served as Math Team Leader and Arabic Course Team Leader for WRP cohorts across Abu Dhabi Men's College. Mentored military students (ALCPT) pursuing promotions through Higher Colleges and taught ESP at Al Ain Military Artillery School.

Designed and produced a 71-page Teacher Handbook covering policies, deployment procedures, housing, benefits, and end-of-service processes. Managed end-to-end recruitment for teaching, advisory, and coordinator positions: advertising, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding across the USA and Canada. Oversaw housing allocation, furniture procurement, military protocol, and conflict resolution for international faculty.

Taught English at all proficiency levels to up to 450 military trainees per year; courses included TOEFL prep, Technical English, Business English, and ESP. Developed and led a student orientation and advising programme in collaboration with UAE military authorities. Designed CALL lab activities using Hot Potatoes and other software; served on the software review committee. Provided cross-cultural orientation for newly arrived Western instructors. Acted as interim Educational Supervisor during MLI recruitment missions to the USA and Canada.

Taught advanced and remedial English (literature, essay writing, drama, poetry) to secondary-level students. Initiated remedial and pastoral support programmes for students with learning difficulties.
