My expertise spans hematology, bone marrow pathology, histopathology, cytology and administration, with a focus on delivering precise and impactful medical solutions. At SigTuple, I lead the medical team and contribute to innovative healthcare technologies. Served as Deputy Quality Manager and initiated, implemented, and lead the LAB towards NABL Accreditation & Reaccreditation. Have profound knowledge of NABL standards and carry out the required quality control activities effectively. Sound knowledge of handling of consumables and resources in a Laboratory setup Familiarity with handling of Equipment and automation and troubleshooting. Attended scientific meetings for treatment planning. Assisted in development of laboratory extension programs to educate lab staffs. Participated in educational seminars for professional development.
