Manages and directs information needs related to emerging trends in residential and commercial end-use technology energy applications and provides interpretation and recommendations about appropriate business responses to senior management. Enable the success of the customer marketing and account management team by providing technical support to allow the successful response to evolving energy utilization technologies, Demand side management (DSM) opportunities and changing environment and efficiency considerations from the customer and other stakeholders. Identifies key opportunities and threats based on a thorough understanding of end-use energy technologies and related business drivers. Ensures appropriate technology standards development and research support for DSM, new product, service or program development to contribute to successful marketing strategies.

Manage large and complex jobs on multiple energy efficient construction projects and manage aspects from pre-booking to customer acceptance. Supervises, directs and motivates the project team during planning, estimating, design, installation, start-up, commissioning, turnover and warranty of assigned projects. Ensure customer satisfaction during and at final project completion. Been responsible for analyzing energy usage and developing the district's energy management plan in order to provide proper environmental conditions with cost effective energy utilization. As an Energy Manager I was responsible for the HVAC control and energy tracking computer system in order to achieve this purpose.
