Dedicated & disciplined lecturer with proven experience in teaching and guiding students to achieve results of distinction and above, consistently achieving at GTS score of 80%. My teaching philosophy as an academic involves being active in communicating the objectives, benefits and expectations to both my undergraduate and postgraduate students and to offer guidance to them in their learning experience. I also focus on utilising a range of activities such as group work, class discussion, case studies, simulations and debates to facilitate student centred knowledge and teaching. Students’ comments frequently use words to describe my teaching and approach as ‘enthusiastic’ ‘professional’ ‘easy to understand’ and ‘welcoming’. As a result, students feel highly engaged and achieve high results such as a high distinction.

I'm currently a facilitator for RMIT online. My job involves facilitating, marking assessments and leading other facilitators in postgraduate subjects. RMIT online is very dynamic environment and a very supportive one at that. We teach students to apply what they learn to their workplaces through case studies, readings, scenarios and of course their assessments in an intensive six week study period.

I currently teach at RMIT in both management and human resource management disciplines and have been responsible for the development of Masters subjects for RMIT online. I undertake both lecturing and tutoring and believe in highly engaging students.
