With over 34 years of combined experience in the fields of neuromuscular and holistic occupational therapy, I am passionate about helping people overcome acute and chronic pain, improve their quality of life, and achieve their health and wellness goals. My global mission is to assist individuals in exploring life and its purpose so they can heal themselves, their communities, and the planet. As the owner of WHOS Pain Relief Clinic, PLLC, I provide personalized services that apply the: 1) Ledesma Cephalocaudal-Remote Approach (or LCRA), 2) Ledesma Education Method of Holistic Occupations (or LEMHO), 3) Interprofessional Educator Model of Whole Human Organism Success (or IPE Model of WHOS), 4) Occupational Therapy: Fascia Imbalance Test (or OT:FIT), and 5) OT:FIT Practice. I am a life coach, healer, author, and founder of WHOS Publishing, LLC. I am committed to self-publishing research and advancing global knowledge in the areas of professional-personal-friendship development, myofascial and movement science, executive leadership, and teaching and learning. I hold a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Executive Leadership and a Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) degree in Teaching and Learning from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Health Sciences with a specialization in Movement Science at Seton Hall University.
