Provide strategic direction to Employee Health Solutions operations teams to ensure a high level of performance by developing and implementing budgetary, operational, quality, and strategic plans. Responsible for the financial viability of Employee Health Solutions through effective budget preparation and maintenance and works closely with the respective manager/consultant on financial performance, budget compliance, and goals and objectives.
