Main task was feedstuffs evaluation in pigs.

I worked primarily as a project manager on a project for development of a new product. I work on the basis scientific for the new product as well and coordination of the laboratory and first animal work for sceening of candidates for a new product

I worked primarily on a project there the goal was to identify laboratory methods for predicting quality of corn DDGS (distillers dried grain with solubles). We tested more than 10 methods and found that only four methods can be used. Color, which is the most used method, did we concluded should not be used.

I did actually work at Reserch Center Foulum, where I did my Ph.D. under supervision of Dr. Sigurd Boisen.

Part time (3 days @ week) until April during business development. Followed by part time (4.5 days @ week), business development and data analysis of the inpact of vaccination of poultry on poultry production in parts of Asia and Africa.

I worked primarily on wheat distillers grain, from a feeding value point of view. It involved in vivo experiments with pigs, but also microbiology work as well.

I did teach Cattle Production to master students, a great experience.

I love it! Completed bachelor and master in animal science.
