About
I am a lecturer in Business Management at York St John University - London Campus, with a PhD in Management Science (Information Systems) from Lancaster University. I teach a diverse field of management modules at postgraduate level including digital health. Previously I taught a broad range of modules in the fields of Digital Business, Digital Marketing, Digital Transformation, Strategy, Leadership and Entrepreneurship at undergraduate and postgraduate levels at Lancaster University and the London College of Contemporary Arts. My academic work is complemented by seven years of industry experience in Human Resources, where I developed a strong foundation in experiential learning. With regards to research, I am a qualitative researcher aiming to conduct research that makes impact by minimising the harm brought by the use of AI and digital businesses. My research also promotes inclusivity and diversity in tech. I have published in peer-reviewed journals, presented at international conferences, and contributed to several interdisciplinary research projects.

Research Assistant - Fostering a Responsible Cyber Security Mindset

In this project we explored the definition and dimensions of responsible cyber security. We interviewed 20 senior cyber security leaders (e,g CISO, Directors etc), and found five layers of responsibilities that must be fulfilled to foster a responsible cyber security mindset.
