• Supporting OEM in development of EV cells. • Scientific coordinator of solid-state battery research project (Sublime). • Detailed market study and material/technology selection for developing Ultra High Power cells for motorsport (direct discussions with more than 200 suppliers).

• Conducting research on the effect of cathode morphology, coating, and slurry fabrication on the performance of solid-state batteries. • Developing silicon anodes for solid-state batteries • Supervising master and PhD students

• Fabricating solid-state batteries and performing detailed electrochemical testing. • Design, synthesis, and characterization of solid electrolytes for batteries. • Supervising master students and managing laboratories and equipment such as XRD machines, gloveboxes, battery testers and synthesis labs. • Writing successful proposals for funding and access to research facilities.

The focus of my PhD lay on Complex Metal Hydrides for solid-state ion conductors (and hydrogen stroage). • Synthesizing novel compounds and successfully solved their crystal structures using in-situ X-ray powder diffraction. • Investigating the electrochemical properties of the synthesized compounds

• Solving the crystal structures of the novel compounds. • Measuring the Li-ion conductivity of the samples with Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS)

• Conducted powder neutron diffraction measurements to determine the crystal structures of synthesized borohydrides.

• Working on emulsion polymerization techniques. • Manufacturing self-healing coatings and composites. • Developing a novel simple and fast synthesis method for forming nanocapsules. • Synthesizing nanocapsules containing reactive amine for the first time. • Optimizing the core content, size and shell thickness of the epoxy nano-capsules.
