▪ Follow-up and supervision of the training program. ▪ Coordination and preparation of training courses to develop staff performance. ▪ Follow-up to the training needs of staff through the collection of information and data on the performance of staff so as to achieve the required skills to work. ▪ Follow-up of the annual training plan and the direct coordination of the courses. ▪ Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and the means used to provide effective training courses. ▪ Coordination and communication with the training to work on approvals and other requirements. ▪ Provide suggestions and recommendations to the Chief of the training section on the evaluation of the training courses. ▪ Identification of training needs by working with departments and personnel appraisal. ▪ Coordination of meetings with training centers. ▪ Oversee training programs for University and college students within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. ▪ Summer internships within the company. ▪ Participate in career fairs and company celebrations and meetings
