Dr. Alex Coutinho

I’ve spent 25+ years of my life deep into branding, marketing, advertising. Apart from the greats, Kotler, David Ogilvy, Clayton Christenson (and more), my school has been the real world, the various organizations that gave me the opportunities to work on brand strategy, customer experience, customer journeys, corporate communications, advertising communications and much, much more while also letting me contribute to the growth engines of these organizations. Currently leading the Internal Brand Marketing & Communications team for Tech Mahindra Business Process Services' 62K+ workforce across the globe. Before this, I learnt and contributed to brands & businesses like Syngenta, Siemens, the Phoenix Group and more. The common thread across my entire career: putting together passionate teams to believe in the brand vision and help me build these brands through communication. Besides my work, I enjoy the academic space: Completed a Doctorate in Business Administration in Management, with my thesis on customer journeys and intending to pursue more. Although I’m in the business of words, where it’s expected to employ a number of words, you won’t find too many in this write-up. I believe in letting my work speak for myself.
