• Greet customer promptly and gather prescription information according to Standard Operating Procedures • Processing customer transactions (receive and release prescription requests) • Receiving in-person and telephone refill requests and record deliveries • Receive prescriptions from patients and maintain patient confidentiality; • Perform computer functions as directed by the Pharmacist, including data entry, price check, patient information entry/update, refills, and report generation • Select appropriate products, and count, measure, and prepare the products; • Label and organize prescriptions for Pharmacist, and gain necessary approvals for verbal refills where authorized; • Maintain inventory control; • Assist Pharmacist in maintaining appropriate stock levels of drugs and supplies, and check for, and pull, expired medications monthly. • Maintain supplies and clerical organization. • General Housekeeping, stocking Prescription filling supplies (Vials, labels, bags), keeping the dispensary clean, organized and neat, maintaining clean/safe work environment as part of the team approach (i.e. dishes, garbage) and maintaining & cleaning packaging & dispensing equipment, computer, fax machine, etc. • Assisting with OTC Operations and ordering, stocking, cashier duties as assigned by Pharmacist.

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients • Completing best possible medication history including consultation with patient and/or family • Prepare and package medications for distribution • Monitor inventory levels and identify approaching and critical expiry dates • Enter prescription information into computer systems • Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Responsible for screening of abstracts and full-text articles against defined inclusion/exclusion criteria for inclusion in the review. • Access the literature search outputs to identify safety case reports to be processed in global safety data base. • Actively involved in download, import & triage of Eudra vigilance cases (Medical Literature monitoring (MLM) & L2A) from Eudra vigilance data base • Perform literature review of literature citations and full text articles • Global and Local Literature Review by weekly literature search outputs and other literature sources • Literature screening through Biologit MLM (Medical literature monitoring)-AI database • Literature Quality Review • Identify ICSRs and PSURs with potential safety issues and new safety related informations • Sending mail to author for queries, notifying the ICSR eligible citations to Case Creation team (Triage) through mail and also notifying the PSUR valid Citations to respective TA (Therapeutic Area) team. • Global Literature Review from Embase, Medline,Pubmed and others Medical search Engines as per search strategy and performing duplicate check. • Local Literature Review through Journal's & Local Search Strategy

• Chemotherapy Drug dilution and dose calculation, Management of Dug Informative Centre, Antimicrobial Stewardship program, Medication Chart review, Prescription Auditing. • Working as a multidisciplinary team in health care sector, identification and management of ADR, medication error, clinical auditing, responding to drug information queries of doctors, health care professionals and patients. • Actively involving in patient education in medication counselling and reconciliation.

• Serious Reportable case validation, creation, Processing and Reporting, informing the Local Safety officer about the assessment. • Accurate data entry and coding of adverse event reports along with narrative, and evaluation of non-expedited reports within well-defined timeframes, in compliance with business rules, standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements • Perform initial checks, search database to prevent duplicate entries, create case file and initialize received drug safety reports in safety database. • Medical judgment and scientific assessment, Narrative, Labelling and Causality, Relatedness/ Expectedness assessment • Receive information on adverse events, complete accurate data entry and initialize received drug safety reports in the tracking tool and/or safety database. • Checking of incoming pharmacovigilance information for consistency and completeness. • Re-evaluation and assessment of case reports for seriousness, global listedness and causality of all serious and non-serious adverse events. • Identify clinically relevant information missing from case report and facilitate its collection by preparing follow-up request as needed.

• Actively involving in Ward round participation, Treatment chart review, Medication history interview, Drugs and poison information, Detection and management of Adverse drug reactions, Patient counseling, Therapeutic interventions.
