Dear Viewer, I have handled almost each and every portfolio within the HR Department like Payroll Processing - Indian Payroll & German Payroll, Statutory Compliances, Leave & Attendance Management, Training & Development, Global Mobility, Recruitment, PMS, HR Policies, Skill Matrix etc. Recently, I have been shifted to MAHLE India’s corporate office, Pune, called MAHLE Holding (India) Pvt. Ltd., Pune. This office is taking care of all the MAHLE India location i.e. Gurgaon, Pithampur, Chennai, Coimbatore, Pune etc. I am still taking care of same roles and responsibilities as I have handled in MAHLE Behr India Pvt. Ltd as mentioned below with bigger scope. Earlier it was for one entity and now it is for two (MAHLE Holding (India) Pvt. Ltd., Pune and MAHLE Holding (India) Pvt. Ltd.) and in future it will be for all.
