Dr.Ahmed LOUKILI

I am an international consultant, expert, author, coach, and researcher in the fields of logistics, maritime affairs, and the port sector. I hold a PhD in Industrial Engineering, a Master Mariner's Certificate, and a Coaching Diploma. My unique interdisciplinary profile enables me to intelligently support my clients in overcoming logistical, port, and maritime challenges by combining analytical precision with people-centred leadership. Over the past two decades, I have acquired in-depth expertise through 24 years of port logistics management, 15 years of maritime operational experience, and 18 years devoted to higher education and professional training. I am an active member of the scientific research community, working internationally to promote strategic intelligence, digital transformation, and operational excellence as an associate member of the Advanced Research Laboratory in Industrial Engineering and Logistics (LARILE). I also supervise students and doctoral candidates during their internships and research projects. As the founder and former president of the Association of Port Officers of Morocco (ACOPM), former ambassador of the Fédération Influence Franco-Marocaine (FIFM), and former member of the International Harbour Masters Association (IHMA), I have established a strong global network and demonstrated my leadership skills within various communities. I draw on this extensive network to promote best practices and inclusive leadership in good governance and goal setting. I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders, innovating organisational processes and systems, and developing intelligent and resilient strategies to support change more effectively.
