• Abioye is a Business Consultant & Trainer with core competence in new business development and sectorial research. He had previously served at the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) as a Training Administrator; and he was one of the founding staff of Learning Impact NG where he served as the Head of the Business Development Unit (2010 - 2012). • He is the founder and CEO of Lifestyle Asset Hub Limited, a Knowledge and Wealth Creation Company set to create a major disruption in the Global Real Estate sector (www.lifestyleassethub.com). • He is also a successful Social Entrepreneur with over 50000 Entrepreneurs in his Organization. • His other areas of professional competence are: Learning Design; Adult Learning Facilitation; and Public Speaking. • He is the Author of the critically acclaimed “The Day Planner”, a personal effectiveness/productivity tool, which successfully debut in 2015. • Abioye is a multi-Award winning Business Executive, prominent of his many awards are: The GILS Leadership Award in Housing Development, Management Administration & National Development presented in Abuja, Nigeria; African ICON Award, West Africa Real Estate Personality of the Year - 2021, presented in Accra, Ghana; and The Africa CEO of the Year 2021 Award, presented in Kigali, Rwanda by the Africa Skills Centre, South Africa & LION Outreach International, USA. • Abioye is married to Yetunde, a Mortgage Banker and both have a son.
