•Participated in the grand opening of IMDAD DC, the biggest and smartest DC in the MENA region, by illustrating the lasted picking technology to the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, the CEO of Modon and board members of the company. • Lead and hosted the visits to IMDAD DC as per the visits protocol in the company. • Assigned as a focal point between Logistics Operations and Regulatory Affairs to handle communication channels with governmental sectors such as SFDA, MOH and municipalities. • Lead a media campaign by being the medical representative in many channels (MBC, Al- Arabiya NEWS, YouTube, twitter, Facebook). • Revamped the SOPs of compensating stores in case of any picking and preparation errors with the alignment of concerned departments. • Cooperated with the Marketing team to organize events and campaigns to demonstrate and promote the role of Logistics Operations in the company. • Lead and introduced the annual nationalization campaign around the kingdom. • Lead a cross functional team using retail experience as a representative of the Logistics Operations to enhance the communication paths and pharmacists’ satisfaction by visiting stores across the kingdom. • Lead full process of charity campaigns by assuring cross function department alignment from inbound phase till shelf availability. • Inducted Corona Vaccine from MOH to the DC and distribute it to the pharmacies under governmental regulatory requirements. • Licensed IMDAD DC under my medical profession license and fulfil all legal requirements. • Guaranteed successful transfer of cold store medications that requires cautious handling while moving and assured the readiness of facility and refrigeration. • Assured smooth transfer of 100 employees from old DCs to IMDAD DC synchronized with providing accommodations and transportations in parallel of ongoing operations. Transferred more than 13K SKU’s with more than 80 million SR from 3 DCs to IMDAD DC.
