Roles as a Protocol Officer and a Junior Operating Officer activities; - Analyzing the financial statements and seeking the best candidates in each field for that event or workshop - Preparing the paperwork after the evaluation and recruiting the suited firms - Planning the transportation and accommodation of the participants and speakers. - Obtaining the necessary security information and preparing the security branch forms for the third parties that will enter before the organization's day - Catering and on-site vehicle management - Forming/coordinating the teams for greeting guests and registration desks - Assigning guide/host in need for the guests - Planning and managing the dinner or activities(boat tour, historical peninsula tour, etc.) on the schedule of the organization as a Member of the Minutes team; - Keeping the minutes of the events (meetings and workshops) as a Junior Purchasing officer; Searching the needed office equipment and getting bids from the sellers Preparing the offer and purchasing forms Acquiring the goods and filing them in as a Graphic and Printed Press Designer; - Re-design of the older versions of the printed media items - Re-design the visual language of the firm

Responsible for contributing to the development of advertising campaigns by conducting research, coordinating with other team members, and creating cohesive, brand-specific initiatives that appeal to the target audience. Lead and participate in the entire campaign development process, from setting objectives to presenting the finished project to the client.

Responsible for the sales process involved reaching potential customers, determining their needs, whether our product or service (rather than competitors' products) can best meet their needs, closing sales by accepting terms and conditions, and after-sales relations.

As a Co-Founder and Designer of the firm, responsible for creating the team according to the needs of the client, coordinating the process, and collaborating with the creative team.
