Enervest is an Australian owned & operated company specialising in the design, financing, construction and operation of solar-energy generation & storage assets. These assets leverage opportunities created by the current global Energy Transition to support both C&I organisations and electricity networks. Project Origination Specialist | Renewable Energy I specialise in sourcing and securing prime sites for renewable energy development, focusing on solar and BESS projects. I analyse grid data across distribution and transmission infrastructure to identify high-potential areas. Considering both grid and planning constraints I target high-value sites, working directly with the landholders to acquire rights to develop energy projects on their land. In a secondary role, I develop behind-the-meter energy solutions for large-scale users in agriculture, mining, and heavy industry as part of our Commercial & Industrial business development team. These projects reduce customers' reliance on grid power, reduce their spend on energy and facilitate a pathway to net zero. This includes working with partners and suppliers to develop industry-first solutions involving energy trading, VPPs and 'solar sharing' technologies. Additionally, I engage in strategic planning, contribute to the development of in-house systems, and present industry insights at conferences to advance our projects and initiatives. Stratacon is a specialist technical recruitment agency across Commercial, Civil and Residential Construction, Architecture & Design, Property, Engineering & Public Sector. As General Manager I held both people management and recruitment responsibilities.

As the Manager of the Technical and Operations team, I specialised in roles within Supply Chain & Procurement, Construction & Property, and Engineering. I managed a team of up to 10 people, was responsible for a profit and loss centre, and oversaw technical searches on both a national and international scale on behalf of Hudson’s clients.

I founded Eco Recruitment in 2008, a specialist recruitment company focussed on the needs of the environmental industry. I built a team of 5 recruiters covering roles across energy, water, contaminated land, civil infrastructure, mining, and the natural resource management industries.

BBT was a global specialist recruitment firm (now part of Randstad). I worked in the technical divison sourcing and placing temporary architectural candidates into roles within Victoria, Australia.

Marktcom is a marketing and telecommunications consultancy based in Melbourne. They manage a range of communications strategies for major Australian corporates. My role involved aspects of both management and sales including recruitment, telephone sales, budgeting/forecasting, training and staff management.

Chingford Foundation School is a popular, mixed, 11-18 comprehensive school serving the local community. I worked as a high school classroom teacher, predominantly teaching ICT to all levels.

I worked on a part time basis as an in-house telemarketer for both National Mutual and Foxtel. During this time I worked on a variety of inbound and outbound campaigns. These roles were evening shifts while I studied my undergraduate degrees at Melbourne University.
