In 2011 I have started working an IT start-up company - Aciety, primarily specialized in HR management, payment&investment processing and business intelligence service fields. Team Building and Communication Since 2011 Aciety has grown and evolved a lot, thanks to all people in our team, the core of which has stayed with us over the years. This has given me a lot of experience in managing peoples expectations, helping them find common ground and solve challenges together, challenges that would otherwise be insurmountable if attempted to overcome alone. Building Architecture, Data Analysis, Documentation and Process Automation I've been part of our platform development team from the very start, when the first concepts of how it should look have been conceptualized and later visualised by a designer and into the current year. We have thousands of companies in our database, many of them are Aciety Network members exchanging Client leads and thriving because of our ecosystem. I've tried first hand everything that we later delegated to new team members, from list building in a simple excel sheet, to using growth hacking practices and automating campaigns, optimizing and making each position more and more efficient to a point where each of us alone now can do more than we did as a whole team all of those years back.
