• Revising and drafting supplier agreements, discounting arrangements and over the counter service contracts • Procurement of contractors and optimizing fees for volume contracts, delivering a significant cost saving • Risk control analysis – identifying and resolving supply/timing issues in order to meet project commitments • Working along with the project team in order to establish planning milestones and objectives • Understanding general project requirements, such as schedule, budget and special terms and conditions • Leasing with project team to ensure that client information is released in a timely manner to a supply base • Financial and management accounting in order to achieve materials costs efficiency for the business • Entering invoices into Mardak accounting system and dealing with invoice queries • Responsible for aftersales, dealing with customer defect reports & following up issues for resolution • Providing training to team members and team leaders, ensuring they accomplish the highest standards understanding the business and delivering excellent service to the client
