𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 : Development of a Multimodal LLM for Marrakech’s Cultural Heritage 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 : Worked on a groundbreaking project to enhance the cultural tourism experience by developing a multimodal Large Language Model (LLM) for the cultural heritage of Marrakech, using advanced AI and 3D integration technologies. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 : Automation of Lead Management Processes 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 : Contributed to a transformative project aimed at automating lead management processes at Scaleb Media. The goal was to enhance operational efficiency and streamline the handling of generated leads through modern technology solutions. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 : • Utilized 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗮 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 for backend logic, implementing 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 to ensure robust authentication and authorization for secure access to lead data. • Designed and developed a modern user interface with 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝘁.𝗷𝘀 and 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗜, creating a seamless user experience that improves usability and accessibility. • Implemented data visualizations using 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁.𝗷𝘀, generating insightful graphical reports on lead performance that facilitated data-driven decision-making for the marketing team. • Established a direct integration between the application and 𝗢𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀, enabling the automatic transmission of confirmed orders, which streamlined the order fulfillment process.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 : Optimization of Micro-Insurance Subscription Process 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 : Contributed to a project focused on improving the data quality and efficiency of the micro-insurance subscription workflow. The main challenge was the presence of inconsistent or erroneous CSV files sent by the partner institution, affecting service reliability and operational performance. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 : • Built a web application to automatically validate and correct CSV data received from partners. • Designed algorithms to detect and categorize anomalies (critical and non-critical). • Implemented feedback CSV reports for iterative corrections. • Enabled selective validation of minor anomalies through an intuitive dashboard.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲 : Information Systems Availability Dashboard 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 : Developed a web-based dashboard to monitor the availability and performance of SANLAM Assurance’s critical information systems. The objective was to centralize incident tracking, automate reporting, and visualize downtime trends to help IT teams identify recurring issues. The platform enhanced visibility into system reliability and supported data-driven decision-making for service improvement. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 : • Designed and implemented the dashboard using Java EE, JSP, and SQL Server for backend and data management. • Developed a responsive and user-friendly interface with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. • Built interactive visualization modules to display system uptime and downtime statistics. • Streamlined incident logging and reporting to improve IT team efficiency and accuracy.
