1.5+ years as a Merchandising Manger (Buyer) at Micro Center. 5 yrs in IT as PMO application administration and Business Intelligence. Prior to that, 23 years of Quality experience in GxP Pharma including 7+ years as a chemist in a Stability lab, 4 years managing up to 12 chemists in an isolation and pulmonary lab, and 11+ years as a software (GxP system) validation engineer, 2 of those years managing people. In every position, I have grown to be a skilled and respected employee by my colleagues with a high attention to detail, great organizational skills, with high integrity. I have been a part of many process improvement teams and have excellent communication and teaching skills. I was the senior validation lead for many fully Part 11 compliant GxP computer systems under full change control including a major SAP integration project after a company acquisition. I have written an modified numerous procedures (SOP/DP/WI). I have been involved in FDA and other agency inspections and personally defended GxP documents to auditors. I was in IT for ~5 yrs. 2 yrs in IT - PMO as system admin in charge of building metric reporting for the PMO and then moved to the Enterprise Analytics group where I gained experience in data mining and Reporting using SSMS, PowerBI, and MSRS.
