Agronomist graduated from the Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL), Paraná, Brazil, with a part-time at the Università di Bologna (UNIBO), Emilia-Romagna, Italy. I have a Master's and Ph.D degree in Genetics and Plant Breeding from the Universidade Estadual de Maringá (UEM), Paraná, Brazil. Professional skills: - Technical and scientific understanding of the multidisciplinary breeding precesses. - Passionate about developing and/or implementing new tools for high-throughput phenotyping. - Deep knowledge of production research and seed production/processing techniques. - Computational (R, Python, SAS, and JMP) and statistical data analysis. - Business intelligence tools (Power BI) for data visualization and KPI's monitoring. - Large phenotypic and genotypic databases management. - Working collaboratively and interact with the partners of the R&D and Seeds Production processes (Breeding, Product Development, Trait Introgression, Regulatory, Production Research, Parent Seeds, and Commercial Production Seeds). - Strong results-oriented leadership and team management. - Independent planning and decision making.
