* Managing key client accounts through team. * Representing and safeguarding of the Group’s interests in the region. * Identifying new business opportunities in the market and tap them to grow company revenues. * Achievement of set sales and collection targets monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually * Maintaining high intelligence against competition and monitor market trends to grow or sustain market share. * Identifying work talent, hiring and training to maintain head count for the region. * Preparation and proposal of appropriate commission and incentive schemes for all regional BEs and AAs to motivate productivity and maximize on revenues. * Prepare, plan and execute sales programs aimed at achieving set targets. * Timely management of customer complaints. * Ensuring internal collaboration, team work development and implementation of key sales and collection management routines. * Development and presentation of Region's annual budgets and manage operational costs to the best minimum.

* Financial modeling, project forecast and follow through * Recommend and implement marketing initiatives for brand visibility * Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities * Build proposals, negotiate contracts based on market research * Interface with all internal departments to facilitate project execution. * Marketing evaluation and field survey for idea generation * Conduct mission need analysis and product presentation.
