My time spent at Apex 5510 apartment homes was both challenging and rewarding. In working to stabilize a brand new 251 apartment home community I participated in the design and function of building a new community from scratch. Me and my colleges overcame many issues from construction constraints to property development issues in order to lease and maintain a positive marketing appeal for the community. Unfortunately, due to an injury I did not get to see the project till completion.

To market and promote the Oak N' Spruce Resort through face to face marketing. Our goal as a team was to sort through thousands at an event to find those clients interested in finding out a new way of vacationing. My team would invite and book tours to the Oak N' Spruce resort to give vacationers the opportunity to experience not just a vacation, but vacation ownership.
