During this time my responsibilities were split between: 1) Project Manager - GDPR Seconded to Randstad UK for 3 days per week. I worked with the legal department and the Randstad UK business to prepare the multiple UK business lines for GDPR. 2) Configuration Analyst - For the remainder of my time I was working with the implementation teams in configuring Fieldglass and IQN VMS systems for roll outs in the UK and Germany.

Hackney council are one of London’s leading local authorities. Over the last 10 years Hackney council have come from being the worst performing Council in the UK to one of the very best. Hackney represented one of Randstad Sourceright's largest and longest standing clients in the UK. Our delivery of a blended MSP solution for Hackney allowed Hackney to fulfill their requirements across all categories of their business I am responsible for delivering the right solution for the Hackney hiring community and stakeholders, delivering a bespoke, efficient and solution focused program. I also implemented an IR35 compliant solution in April 2017, keeping overall costs the same for LBH and working with the workforce to adjust rates to reflect their IR35 status. I was responsible for all contingent labour requests across multiple business functions that include Finance, IT, Supply Chain, R&D, HR and Engineering. I delivered 100% fill rate and ensured the account kept within their designated SLA's. My success in direct hiring for AkzoNobel allowed Randstad Sourceright to achieve their financial goals whilst giving AkzoNobel a fast changing and responsive temporary workforce.

Venn Group is a fast expanding Temporary Recruitment Specialist who specialise in taking University Graduates and giving them an excellent grounding in recruitment. As a consultant at Venn Group I was exposed to the full recruitment experience that included sales calls, breaking new clients, client visits, monthly sales targets, candidate management, advertising and job sourcing. I had significant success over my time with Venn Group that included breaking new clients, billing highly and developing new business areas.
