During tenure as President, the business achieved the following: - Increased corporate partnership revenue by more than 30% in one season and nearly 50% in 15 months - Sold out all regular season and playoff games helping maintain a 117-game ticket sellout streak. - Completed a new, 10-year Arena naming rights deal. - Record highs in ticketing, premium sales, concessions and parking revenue. - Raised more than $2M for the Hurricanes Foundation, distributing $1.7M in grants - both single season records. - Lenovo Center set a second consecutive record for touring shows in one season.

Work with the CEO/Owner to direct the business operations of all operating companies and help consult and manage commercial real estate and investment portfolio companies and opportunities. There are currently nine operating companies in the MDO Holdings portfolio that span several business industries. The health and fitness companies include O2 Fitness Clubs, Midtown Yoga, GritBox, Renew Wellness and Loop Nutrition. Companies in the food and hospitality space include BB's Crispy Chicken, Rosecomb Beer Garden and the Durham Food Hall. Epifany, a tech-based customer feedback platform, rounds out the current operating portfolio. Key Items: - Serve as the direct report for the executive leaders of all nine MDO Holdings Operating Companies (1,000+ total employees) - Oversee all MDO Holdings managed services including accounting, finance, human resources, compliance and marketing. - Closesly assisted with more than 20 major construction projects from architect/contractor selection to building design and permitting. - Have led or worked closely with the owner on acquisition of new companies and the exit of companies that no longer fit the operating portfolio. - Work closely with owner to strategically select new locations for all commercial real estate. - Helped strategize and execute overall wellness expansion, including creating new Physical Therapy and Registered Dietitian companies that have added significant new revenue to the wellness portfolio. - Helped navigate a complete overhaul of the sales process and sales team strategy for O2 Fitness that has resulted in record revenues with a more efficient sales staff. -Formed the Fitness Operators for Responsible Reopening (FORR) during the 2020 pandemic and authored the 14-step, 53 point reopening plan. - Served as lead spokesperson for the NC Fitness Industry (400+ locations) during the Covid-19 crisis, including lobbying efforts with the NC General Assembly and consistent state-wide media appearances.

In the operating portfolio, the 9 different consumer-facing brands were: O2 Fitness Clubs, CycleBar franchises, Happy+Hale, Parlor Blow Dry Bar, Midtown Yoga, RISE Biscuit Doughnuts Franchise, the Durham Food Hall and the soon-to-be-named Project Xtra Crispy with Ashley Christensen. Key Items in this Role: - Helped create full brands for new businesses like Midtown Yoga and Durham Food Hall while further developing O2 Fitness, Happy+Hale, St. Roch Oyster Bar, Parlor BlowDry Bar and more. -Led business operations for MDOH CycleBar franchises, which grew from one studio to 26 in less than two years. - Served as the point person for selling all 26 CycleBar franchises in four separate transactions in 2019. - Re-built an entire marketing department from scratch.

Oversaw the four major departments that comprise the Hurricanes marketing arm. Those departments are: marketing/graphic design, CanesVision, promotions and community relations. In addition to annual campaigns and guiding major initiatives - served as the team's main contact with the NHL to host the 2011 All-Star game and the led the last two redesigns of the team's uniform sets.

Executive Director - Kids 'N Community Foundation
The Kids 'N Community Foundation is the non-profit arm of the Carolina Hurricanes. The Foundation strives to donate over $500,000 in cash grants to local children's non-profits that assist the health and education needs of underserved populations.
