About
My 30-year career has involved trades training at secondary, post-secondary, provincial and national levels. My exposure to these various career opportunities has enriched my knowledge, skills and understanding on the relevance of instructional methodologies to support learning and assessment processes within the classroom at both the secondary and post-secondary levels as well as at the worksite. After being involved in senior management roles within program standards I am now shifting my focus to sharing my experiences with apprentices and employer sponsors involved in trade training. Having these conversations in the field will provide support for apprentices as they journey through to acquiring certification.
