▪Companywide single point of contact for new and existing procurement projects requiring field contracts in 77 markets. ▪Manage and negotiate the procurement of and resolution of subsequent issues relating to field services (OSP/ISP, civil builds, maintenance, facilities management, etc.). ▪Implement and validate competitive sourcing and negotiations to yield low cost services including optimal pricing services and quality targets. ▪Draft appropriate documents to facilitate above processes. ▪Establish and develop reports on supplier performance measurements for ongoing review, assisting the decisions for field and corporate processes improvement and providing feedback to suppliers. ▪Responsible for coordinating with legal, corporate and field personnel on the above services
