I am a Senior Event and Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience delivering complex international conferences and events across media, corporate, agency, and technology-driven environments. I have led in-person, hybrid, and digital events across Europe, Asia, and the US, working across sectors including financial services, healthcare, corporate, and B2B media. My experience spans the full event lifecycle — from early planning and programme development through to on-site delivery and post-event reconciliation, reporting, and insight-led evaluation. I regularly manage senior stakeholders, speakers, sponsors, and cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on operational excellence and high-quality delegate and sponsor experiences. I am known for a calm, detail-driven approach and for delivering reliably in fast-paced, evolving environments. I enjoy improving how teams work by introducing new platforms, developing SOPs and templates, and using data and feedback to refine processes, improve efficiency, and guide planning and performance.
