I have worked with State Farm Insurance for the past 30 years with the last 13 serving as a Trainer for Underwriting employees. I have conducted training in the classroom, virtually, as well as one on one. I have built curriculum for training groups, facilitated training, and conducted hands on observations. I have also helped build sessions for hiring symposiums and conducted job overview sessions with potential hires as well as participated in onboarding new employees. Most recently I have participated in building and conducted a Day in the Life Overview for employees ready for advancement and worked behind the scenes with updates to a workload tool used to present work to our employees.
