The Peer Mentorship Program, supported by the WOP-P Master coordination, is a student-led initiative designed to offer emotional, academic, and administrative support to new students through guidance from second-year peers. As the coordinator, my key responsibilities include: - Recruiting and selecting participants; - Maintaining ongoing communication with all stakeholders; - Refining matching criteria for mentors and mentees; - Developing and conducting mentor training; - Ensuring the program runs smoothly.

• Identification of new opportunities for opening of new OSSI branches. • Leading the network of directors and vice directors of 24 international branches. • Improving collaboration and communication between different branches. • Participating in strategic decisions of the organization, building the bridge between the board and the international branches. • Developing a model for finding internship and mentoring for members of the organization.

Coordinating international branches including Hungary, Finland, Turkey, Spain, Italy and France.

• Worked in a diverse team of six students from around Europe to address the assigned global challenge on Climate Action, Environment and Resources. • Completed seven interactive online modules focused on developing intercultural and entrepreneurial competences. • Engaged in training sessions and feedback discussions with program members from five different international universities. • Developed an innovative business solution that was recognized as the best project from both, the jury and audience, providing the opportunity to present our final solution to world experts for feedback in July 2023.

• Erasmus Buddy with the project „Buddy4YOUrope“ together with ESN (Erasmus Student Newtork) Padua. • Introducing Erasmus students to the University and city culture. • Support with accommodation, administration, or any support required to help them accommodate effectively.

• Coke Summership - The flagship internship program Coca-Cola HBC / in work and organizational psychology at Coca-Cola HBC in Belgrade. • Six weeks full-time program offering a unique blend of soft skills training, field experience, and project work with a professional mentor. • Conducted a challenging project focused on the latest e-learning platforms, specifically reviewing and assessing their suitability for addressing the developmental needs of Coca-Cola HBC employees. • Developed and successfully presented project solutions in front of senior company leaders, showcasing insights and recommendations from the e-learning platform review. • Attended various soft skills training sessions, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the operations of the Coca-Cola system.

A top European program that follows the Scientist-Practitioner approach, designed to train expert WOP psychologists with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The program fosters a multicultural learning environment, bringing together 18 participants from over 13 countries, and includes a mobility component across European universities: two semesters at the University of Valencia, one at the University of Coimbra, and a professional internship abroad. With a strong emphasis on practical application, students work in international teams, analyze real-world case scenarios, and simulate complex workplace challenges, all supported by evidence-based research. This rigorous training prepares graduates to address modern workplace demands in global contexts.
