I'm a people-first HR professional with 6+ years of experience building inclusive, engaging, and values-aligned workplaces. For over three years, I’ve been working in the recycling industry - where I combine my passion for environmental sustainability with my commitment to creating positive employee experiences. In my current role at Encorp Pacific (Return-It), I work closely with the executive team to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational goals while championing a culture rooted in respect, equity, and continuous growth. My work spans talent acquisition and management, employee relations, DEI, compensation and benefits, HR policy, and performance management. Previously, as an HR Business Partner at Richmond Steel Recycling, I led cross-functional projects to enhance HRIS, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and internal communications. I also have experience in customer service leadership, and supporting early-stage companies with events and internal communications. I’m a graduate of Simon Fraser University’s Human Resources Management Certificate Program and hold my CPHR BC designation. I'm driven by the belief that sustainable practices extend beyond operations - they start with how we treat and support people.
