Responsible for leading the Training efforts on the SAP team. Managing the team of Training Analysts and overseeing the execution and day-to-day tasks associated with training. Work with Applications, Deployment and Divisional teams to ensure a successful SAP implementation. Includes planning, development, and deployment of the training strategy. Ability to organize and disseminate information efficiently and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES - Establish and ensure the team goals, as outlined in the common objectives and performance management documents - Provide leadership in making and resolving implementation decisions that impact multiple functional areas - Provide leadership, direction and staff development to the Training Analysts - Provide regular updates to the Training & Change Mgmt.
