Dore Centeio is the founder, baker and head chef of Kamuela Gourmet. Dore has over 15 years of baking experience that began as a child learning from her mother, aunt and older brother. She draws from her career experiences as the Executive Director of the Lana’i Arts and Culture Center and the Program Coordinator for the Nature Conservancy, Hawai’i Island Program. When she's not in the kitchen, she is an artist in film, photography, fused glass and jewelry.
