* Main Duties: * Verify Project Transaction journal input and consolidate with Head office Ledger. * Review Project Bank and petty cash report and consolidate with head office cash book report. * Review prepayment, provision, payroll and tax, fixed asset and accrual journal. * Maintain Claim Schedules and Aging Debtors Report. * Make Divisional Profit and lost Report. * Make monthly cashflow report. * Completing monthly financial report package. * Assisting in completing annual budget report package * Handling tax issue such as tax audit, tax objection and tax apeal process. * Maintain and confirm payment and collection of Intercompany transaction (debtor and creditor). * Advise project accounts about tax application for each transaction. * Supervise tax complience process and verify tax return with ESPT. * Verify Electronic banking payment for Creditor and payroll before authorization. E Banking used are HSBC and Citybank.

* Main Duties: * Leading Accounting Department in Hotel Horison Makassar and bandung. * Verify Income audit/Night Audit Report. * Supervise Collection of cash sales and City Ledger account and Credit cards. * Verify Cost Control weekly report, flash food cost Report. * Verify General Ledger from Bookkeeper. * Make Profit and lost Budget assisted with other Department Head. * Reporting Income Achievement of each Hotel Outlet. * Monthly Meeting about Profit and lost Report with all Department Head. * Make a correspondence with tax office, Banks, Customer and Supplier regarding Hotel operation * Manage the purchasing division and electronic data processing division. * Controlling the General Store of Hotel. * Manage the payment of suppliers, payment of expenses, and control the cash flow in banks, and cashiers.

* Main Duties: * Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close. * Evaluate, develop, and implement effective accounting and tax policies to meet Objective of the department * Responds to inquiries from the Tax consultant, Auditor, tax Auditor, General manager, and Directors regarding Accounting and Tax results. * Ensure a clean and timely year end audit. * Handle tax audit, tax objection and tax appeal process. * Manages the preparation, distribution and reporting processes for payroll. * Prepare calculation of wages, overtime and deductions to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. * Establishes policies and procedures for payroll with HR Manager. * follow up tax revocation of expatriate employee together with HR Manager * Handling Tax Registration for Project and Joint operation and related process. * follow up tax revocation of project and Joint Operation. * Assist JFE Corporation Permanent Establishment tax related matter * Handling Joint operation PT JFEEI Tax and Accounting function
