Designed and co-taught a series of counseling workshop to employer relations staff. Taught career and job workshops to 10 to 1000 students resulting in a 96% satisfaction rate. Assisted with the implementation of large events including Business Career Fair, Internship Mixer and Community Engagement fair. Presented career topic during required business course to 1,000 students at least a two times a semester. Served on UH Human Resource Veterans task force. Interacted regularly with staff of various campus student support offices including: University Career Services, Office of Admissions, Veterans’ Services Office, Center for Students with Disabilities, Campus Activities, Leadership and Alumni Development. Fostered relationships with (25) student organizations and faculty. Made department recommendations related to career coaching/counseling services. Worked directly with employers to facilitate recruitment efforts and career development programming. Developed strategic goals for department exceeded department objectives and goals.

Counseled and advised four to seven students and alums on a regular basis. Designed and taught career and job search workshops. Met with students and alums on a daily basis for career assistance related to all aspects of career development, internship and employment. Designed and taught a workshop for student athletes. Designed and co-taught a college wide one day workshop (including assessment, career related and job search). Assisted clerical staff with management of career library. Coordinated internship program for all majors. Campus representative for Venture program (time away program- sponsored by Brown University). Acted as interim Director when Director was out of the office. Coordinated the annual Graduate and Professional Career Event (25-35 college representatives). Served as office liaison to various college student support services: Office of Disability, Field work, Campus activities.
