Manage day-to-day operations within web development department. Serving 25,000 employees and over 20 hospital brands in the mid-west. Team Leader of 7 developers, provided highly complex, web-based applications, sites, and portals. Implemented rollout of new SharePoint infrastructure for SSM Health Care's Intranet and Internet for 20+ hospitals in 4 states. Managed and architected the implementation and migration of legacy applications into SharePoint, SQL, and .Net Framework. Member of SharePoint 2010 Architect and Governance Committee. Member of SSM Health Care Web Information Management Council.

Studied extensive curriculum in the early detection, diagnosis, monitoring and effective treatment of disease. Focus of curriculum was in areas of blood bank, chemistry, hematology, immunology and microbiology.
